Sensory characteristics: Though our cabernet is still beingrefined, we can say that it has a fine taste of Wildberrys and pepper.
Goes well with: ts perfect for every type of meat, especially for lamb, wild meat and grilled meats, and sits nice along side matured cheese.

Soil conditions: An alluvial soil, rich in nutrition andminerals. A mixture between mud and chalk.
Vinification: In the late autumn when our Oenologist decides if the grapes are ready to be harvested. Only some of our vineyards get Straight after the harvesting of this Chardonnay, the grapes are pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. After that, the wine will rest in stainless steel and french Barriques for almost 11 months.
Sensory characteristics: It has a soft note of fruit and a lightacidity at the end.
Fragrance: An exotic fruit note from the Banana, Melonand Vanilla.
Taste: Structured, voluminous wine with a specialfruity taste containing hints of Banana, Melon, Vanilla and Honey.
Goes well with: Shellfishs, Fish meals or Chicken.

Sensory characteristics: Nice fruity note and a good taste to drink.
Fragrance: Fruity notes of Peaches and other exotic fruits: Pineapple, Banana andMelon
Taste: Dry wine with the rightamount on acidity and fine bubbles.
Goes well with: Nice as an Aperitif wine. But also as a wine for warm and cold entrees, like fish or white meat.

Goes well with: warm and also cold entrees, fish, mushroom meals and also as a aperitif.
