To live in the great outdoors… To watch grapes growing and to spur them to the greatest heights… To satisfy wine-lovers and to continually “push the envelope” of creativity… That’s not just Dietrich Ceolan’s profession, that’s his calling! After attending the Secondary School for Agriculture in Auer / Ora, he successfully completed his studies at the State Educational and Experimental Institute for Viticulture and Fruit-Growing in Weinsberg. He then completed various internships in different renowned vineyards and thus acquired a firm foundation in the field.
Wine is life. Wine is passion. For Dietrich, it isn’t a means to an ends – It’s the focus of his life!
Michael, the innovative genius in the background
Motivated by the same ardent enthusiasm as Dietrich, Michael Scalet gradually grew in his resolve to take his love for wine and make it his profession. Michael is the strategist and organizer who works outside the winery.
Thus, two dissimilar minds with complementary abilities and talents joined forces to form an extravagant duo.
