Deadline: March 19

On this day, we finished our winter work in the vineyards. Thanks to the good weather in recent weeks, we were able to meet this annual deadline. From pruning the vines, tying down the shoots, pulverizing all of the organic residues from the previous year, all the way up to putting up the guide wires, everything is now ready for the coming season. Spring can come! In the coming weeks, the focus will shift from the vineyard to the wine cellar. The last details are settled for the bottling.
